Forgiveness Policy
For an additional fee, your order will be covered for measuring errors, no questions asked. Of course, we always stand behind our products.
If there is a defect or if it is our mistake, we will always remake your blind, at our expense. If you want to be absolutely sure your blind fits, choose our optional Forgiveness return policy for unprecedented coverage. The price of the Forgiveness Policy varies based on your order total. You will be able to view the price of your Forgiveness Policy on the checkout page, before you confirm your order. To benefit from our forgiveness policy, please notify Blinds Please of the measuring error within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy
Because every Blinds Please blind, shade, and shutter is custom made to your specifications, we do not accept returns. Of course, we always stand behind our products. If we have made a mistake, or in the case of a defect, we will correct the error and/or provide a new blind at our expense. To benefit from our return policy, please notify Blinds Please of a mistake or defect within 30 days of delivery.
Please follow our measuring instructions carefully to ensure proper fit. In addition, due to variance in onscreen colors, we recommend ordering product swatches to ensure color accuracy.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be charged, based on the estimated Fed Ex cost, for shipping at the time of checkout. The shipping cost is determined for each order and can be reviewed after a product has been added to the Shopping Cart. You will have the opportunity to review shipping costs before placing your order.
The ship time provided for each order is an average. If multiple items are on an order we will ship the product as it is completed. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has left our manufacturing facilities.
Upon receipt of your order, please be sure to inspect boxes carefully and note any damage to the driver. If items are damaged please retain the boxes and please contact us immediately.
Color Match Policy
There may be a slight variation in color between swatch samples and product ordered. All variations are within industry standards and are due to different dye lots or the natural variance in the material. To ensure consistent color please order products for the same room on one order.
